Uz Undergraduate Fees Structure 2022
The University of Zimbabwe (Uz) has released its undergraduate fees structure for the 2022 academic year. The fees structure takes into consideration the current economic situation in the country and is in line with the government’s directives on access to higher education.
For those students seeking to pursue a degree, the fees structure is as follows:
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
Bachelor of Arts (BA): ZWL$8,500.00
Bachelor of Social Work (BSW): ZWL$9,000.00
Faculty of Science
Bachelor of Science (BSc): ZWL$12,000.00
Faculty of Medicine
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS): ZWL$20,000.00
Faculty of Engineering and Technology
Bachelor of Engineering (BE): ZWL$14,000.00
Faculty of Law
Bachelor of Laws (LLB): ZWL$11,000.00
Faculty of Education
Bachelor of Education (BEd): ZWL$7,500.00
Faculty of Commerce
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom): ZWL$9,500.00
Faculty of Agriculture
Bachelor of Agriculture (BAg): ZWL$8,000.00
Faculty of Veterinary Science
Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc): ZWL$18,000.00

The fees structure also provides for payment plans for those who are unable to pay the full amount upfront. There is an installment plan of up to six months, with no interest charged and a payment plan of up to 18 months at an interest rate of 7%.
