The University of Namibia (UNAM) is the largest and leading national institution of higher education in the country. It is an open, non-profit public higher education institution, established in 1992. With campuses in Windhoek, Ongwediva, Rundu, and the Hifikepunye Pohamba Campus in the Oshana Region, UNAM is the only university in Namibia, and one of the largest in Southern Africa.

The UNAM application process is relatively straightforward. In order to apply for admission at UNAM, applicants must submit a completed application form and supporting documents. The application form is available online and can be downloaded from the official website. Applicants are required to provide the following documents:

• A completed application form
• Certified copies of all academic qualifications
• Certified copies of the national identity card
• Passport-size photograph
• Proof of payment of the prescribed application fee

Applicants may also be required to submit additional documents, depending on their particular circumstances. For example, applicants who are applying for a postgraduate degree must submit a research proposal.

Once the application form and supporting documents have been submitted, applicants will be contacted by the university with further instructions. This may involve attending an interview or submitting additional documents.

Once the application process is complete, applicants will receive a letter of acceptance or rejection. Those who are accepted will be required to pay the tuition fees and other related costs before they can begin their studies.

The application process for UNAM is designed to be as straightforward as possible, and it is important for applicants to ensure that they submit all of the required documents in order to avoid any delays. Once an applicant has been accepted, they can begin their studies at one of the four campuses located in Namibia.
