The Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) is offering block release programmes for 2022, allowing students to pursue their studies in business, education, and engineering. Block release programmes are designed to allow students to work and study simultaneously, in order to obtain a degree. The programmes are designed to give students the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills, allowing them to work and study at the same time.

The MMUST block release programmes offer the flexibility to students who, due to financial constraints, cannot afford to take a full-time course. Block release programmes are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Undergraduate block release programmes at MMUST are offered in the following disciplines:

Business:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Bachelor of Science in Accounting (B.Sc.A).

Education:

Diploma in Education (D.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), and Bachelor of Science in Education (B.Sc.Ed).

Engineering:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (D.E.E), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng), and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.EE).

Postgraduate block release programmes are available in the following disciplines:

Business:

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Accounting (M.Sc.A), and Master of Commerce (M.Com).

Education:

Master of Education (M.Ed), Master of Science in Education (M.Sc.Ed), and Doctor of Education (D.Ed).

Engineering:

Master of Engineering (M.Eng), Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc.EE), and Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D.EE).

The MMUST block release programmes provide a great opportunity for students to gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they need to be successful in their chosen field. The programmes are flexible and offer a wide range of courses, enabling students to complete their studies in a timely manner.
