GZU Fees Structure 2022
GZU, the Ghanaian universities, have announced their 2022 fees structure. The fees structure applies to all students who are studying at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. All students are required to pay their tuition fees every semester.
For Undergraduate students, the fees structure is set according to the type of course.
The tuition fees for general courses in the Humanities and Social Sciences are GHS 6,000 per academic year. For the Health Sciences, Business, and Law, the fees are GHS 8,000; and for the Engineering, Science, and Technology courses, the fees are GHS 10,000.
For postgraduate students, the fees vary based on the type of course. For the Master’s in Education, the tuition fees are GHS 8,000 per academic year. For the Master’s in Engineering and Science and Technology, the fees are GHS 10,000. For the Doctoral studies, the fees are GHS 20,000.
Apart from the tuition fees, GZU also charges some other fees for different services. These include the examination fees, library fees, and medical fees.
The examination fees are GHS 200 for undergraduate students and GHS 500 for postgraduate students. The library fees are GHS 100 for undergraduate students and GHS 200 for postgraduate students. The medical fees are GHS 200 for undergraduate students and GHS 500 for postgraduate students.
All students must pay the fees on time in order to be able to continue their studies at GZU. The fees must be paid by a certain deadline, which is usually before the beginning of the new semester. Payment can be made in cash or through any of the approved payment channels.
