Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) is the premier technological university in Zimbabwe, located in Chinhoyi, Mashonaland West Province. Established in 2015, CUT is a public university accredited by the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education.
Recently, the Chinhoyi University of Technology has had a number of exciting developments. In February 2021, the university launched a new website that provides a comprehensive overview of the university, its mission and its programmes. In April 2021, the university welcomed its first cohort of students, who are expected to graduate in 2022. Finally, the university is also launching a new programme to promote the use of technology to improve agriculture in Zimbabwe. This programme will provide training, resources and access to technology to help farmers become more productive and profitable.
